This fully-funded virtual programme covers digital literacy, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and gender equality in education. Open to all African citizens from Nigeria and AU Member States aged 18-35.

African Union CIEFFA Training 2026 applications are open now for AU CIEFFA online digital skills training for Nigerian youth.

- AU CIEFFA is calling emerging leaders across the continent to apply for its 6th edition 2025/2026 Online Capacity Building Training Program.
- Fully-funded virtual training designed to equip young African women and men (aged 18–35) with knowledge, tools, and networks to champion gender-responsive education policies.
- The African Union CIEFFA capacity building Africa 2026 fully funded program focuses on 4 key areas: Gender Equality in Education, Digital Skills, Entrepreneurship, Financial Literacy.
- Participants are divided into cohorts per month; each batch runs for 1 month starting September 2026.
- Certificate issued on completion of at least 80% of each course.
- The course is fully funded and requires no financial implications.
Eligibility Requirements
- Be of African descent (lady or man).
- Age: 18–35 years.
- Hold African citizenship residing on the continent or anywhere on earth (Nigeria + AU Member States).
- Show motivation to study digital expertise, entrepreneurial expertise, and financial literacy.
- Show leadership skills, aspirations, and dedication to promote women and girls’ education.
- Have access to good internet connection and a device (laptop, computer, smartphone, or tablet).
- Have a clear understanding of one of the training languages: English, French, or Portuguese.
- Strong interest or track record in education, gender equality, advocacy, or youth leadership.
- Able to commit to the full virtual training period (cohorts starting September 2026).
- Open to all African citizens from Nigeria and AU Member States aged 18–35, eligible for AU CIEFFA entrepreneurship financial literacy training for African students.
